Description:
You will develop and promote the
services provided by the two companies of our group: you will handle
with customers and students, coordinate teachers and translators,
answer their queries and needs, and try to increase customer's loyalty
and satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with senior
management to develop business plans, identify problems and
opportunities in order to improve our services and achieve the best
results.
Candidate's
profile
We are seeking an experienced
professional to manage customer relationship.The ideal candidate will
be a motivated, service-oriented individual with a strong knowledge of
languages (Spanish, English and Catalan) with excellent communication
and coordination skills.

Mon-Thr 11:30 to 15 and
17 to 22
Fridays 17 to
21
